There’s an immense sense of personal connection and emotionality throughout Hak Baker’s latest cut, ‘Wobbles On Cobbles’. The mellow, laid-back guitar loop accompaniment is a juxtaposing source of light beneath Baker’s gritty and very, very real words. Finding a middle ground between spoken word, beat poetry and rap, his delivery is endearing and clear, allowing every resonant word to ring in our ears.
